Georgia Craft Beers

Breweries are popping up all over the South, including Georgia. Augusta is getting its first full brewery since Nerd-Alert-6-pack-bottle125Prohibition. We have brews from Monday Night Brewing (Atlanta), Service Brewing (Savannah), Jekyll Brewing (Alpharetta) or Red Hare (Atlanta), Eagle Creek (Statesboro) and Wild Heaven (Avondale Estates-that’s Atlanta for the rest of us). Almost forgot Red Brick in Atlanta or Terrapin in Athens. The list goes on. If you want to impress your friends with your knowledge of Georgia craft brews come by and we’ll help educate you.

Wild Heaven Emergency Drinking Beer

Wild Heaven Emergency Drinking Beer

Every party has an emergency of some kind. You need Emergency Drinking Beer. This looks like the old cost cutter brew you used to get back in the 80’s for $2.99 a six. But it’s not. Matter fact you’d be lucky to find it at $2.99 per can. This is made by Wild Heaven . Their website describes Emergency as a Pils-styles Session Ale. 4% ABV and 10IBU. A one-of-a-kind session beer reminiscent of a crisp pilsner married with a traditional gose. Brightness and complexity come from additions of citrus zest, Portuguese sea salt and lemongrass.
They’ve got some amazing brews and it one of the up-and-comer brewers here in Georgia.

Not your father’s emergency beer he kept hidden in the garage. We got it so you don’t wait for an emergency, come stock up. (Great talking point at the next tailgating party).
